Do not order if you need the item this week, month or at all!

Ordered weeks ago and still currently without order. Chased initial delivery after around 10 days, was then informed that the courier had lost my items. Then casually asked if I wanted a refund or the items. Strangely, I need the items, as wouldnt have ordered them in the first place. So asked for them to reorder, then received an email confirming that, then received a further email days later, informing me that they had sold out of one of the items that I had ordered (and paid for). So they are apparently sending me the rest of the order.

They were for the start of term for my daughter, but here we are, almost the second month of term still no bag. And wont receive the complete order. Not a cheap item, and from the legitimate site, wouldnt expect such service.
