Order Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched (usually within 3 working days), you will then be notified of the tracking information (usually with Royal Mail, TNT or UPS). As always, please get in touch if you have any questions about your order.
Holiday Shipping Cut Off
The JanSport Christmas shipping cut off has now passed. But, you can still make someone’s holiday awesome. With a JanSport Gift Card, they can pick the bag that fits their style and adventures — whether it’s for school, work, or weekend trips.
To help ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas, please take note of our final shipping date: Order by 1pm Friday, 19th December.
Our warehouse team are processing and shipping your order within one working day, however please be aware of potential local delays within the delivery networks.
To combat this we are automatically upgrading all orders in selected regions to faster delivery to help minimise delays.
Please note: While we’ll do everything we can to get your gifts shipped on time, these dates are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed due to potential seasonal delays. We recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Shipping Costs
We make a concerted effort to process orders within one working day.
Please see below for more information on orders that will qualify for free standard shipping. We have also detailed below the delivery estimate from the moment you receive your dispatch confirmation email. This will also include your tracking number. Unfortunately, our delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Please note that JanSport are responsible for all import charges and there will be no hidden or additional fees when shopping with us. You will only be charged the price you pay at checkout.

Unfortunately once we receive your order, we are unable amend or cancel it. Our orders are sent directly to our warehouse for processing to ensure timely shipment. Please make sure to double check all of your information before advancing to the checkout.
We can ship to Europe from our UK site, however we also have a European site you can use, that allows you to purchase in Euros.
