RIGHT PACK PREMIUM

Great bag. Only thing it's missing is a second pocket for water bottles. I generally carry a water bottle and tea cup. Overall just what I'm looking for.

Purchased this backpack on this Jansport site to get a durable and lasting backpack for my son. However, the strap tore off at the bottom seam in less than 4 months (late August - mid December) after normal school use. Contacted customer service to see if they will guarantee this backpack by sending a new one out and letting us return this one as there is the warranty and it had been such a short amount of time, but was told that they would not and we would have to mail it in for repairs at our cost and that it would most likely take 6-8 weeks to get it back. I had no choice but to buy another backpack (not Janport this time) and am now trying to get this repaired or replaced by mailing it in. Total cost of purchasing this backpack, the new backpack, and mailing costs equals nearly $150. I could have just purchased a cheaper backpack and not have to go through disappointment and unsatisfactory customer service. This is not the Jansport quality that I know and I am so terribly disappointed and have lost trust in it.

Jan sport has been a favorite for many years! The durability and design makes it the best by far!

This backpack is great. I really appreciate that it can hold all of my school supplies and fit a 40 oz hydro flask in the pocket. I also like the laptop sleeve and that it's in a separate extra padded pocket. My only "complaint" is that the inside is white, which I'm concerned will look dirty faster, especially my pencil pocket. I walk over a mile in this everyday and it's nicely padded and feels comfortable on my shoulders and back. I've used Jansport bags my whole life and don't plan on changing that any time soon!

Bought for my son to use at college. Strap broke off at seam after only 7 weeks of use. Contacted customer service & was told I would have to pay for shipping to them & would get back in 4 weeks

This backpack was to replace one from the 90's. I love that Jansport stands by their products but trying to get the replacement was not very easy. Once I was finally able to get the backpack, it came with staining on the top.

This Backpack is beautiful but the suede straps eventually broke off or fell off because of its flimsy design. The design of the backpack is also very front heavy so whenever I place it on the ground it falls forward which gets annoying. Super bummed because I really wanted to love this backpack and considering the price I expect more quality. I overall prefer the superbreaker style of backpack, so I think I'll go back to that style and ditch this one.

I bought this backpack for my son for his freshman year of high school. I bought it believing he would use it throughout high school. Unfortunately the strap broke after 2 weeks. I am very disappointed.

Beautifully made backpack. Nice quality. Far too small for high school and I would also say middle school once you have binders and/or books in your backpack. Jansport returned/refunded my order (2) for twins. Excellent service.

Pros Excellent fabric, the best I've seen Love the leather bottom, should be on all JANSPORT Cons Why no 2nd water bottle pocket? If it had 2 water bottle pockets this may be the perfect pack No Upper Pocket
