WEST BREAK

Bought this for my daughter for high school and a couple of months after school started the zippers started having trouble, by now one of the compartments zipper is next to impossible to close because it starts to open at the edges of both ends. Not to mention the zipper covers are a pointless and ANNOYING feature, they are constantly getting caught in the zipper. I don't understand the function/benefit they provide. You don't need to hide the zippers everyone knows zippers exist, they aren't grotesque, let them show. Please stop putting zipper covers.

I purchased this West Point when school started in august. I had it almost 2 months and the zipper broke. I had to send the pack back to them and pay for shipping which was $15.00. They repaired the zipper and sent it back. Also someone had commented about the material around the zippers getting caught in the zippers. I wish I would have listened and not bought this. I had to super glue the material that hides the zippers up to prevent the zippers getting caught daily

The bag is light and very strong. I wish they made a leather option

Uses it for high school

We really liked the hatchet bag and quality last year, so we decided to get this brand again. The quality of west break is cheaper, the lining is white plastic and the laptop pocket is not padded. We will keep it because school is starting, but I wish they didn't downgrade the quality

Always a Jansport fan for both my kids, they're durable. However, this backpack is smaller than I thought. I was searching for a big bag for my son since he don't want to put some of his stuffs in the school locker. The one I bought last year was bigger, but the problem is always been the zipper. I'm hoping this one will last for this school year.

Nice and roomy; however the iPad/laptop pocket was not padded. Since this is for my son and he will be carrying an iPad I wanted something safer.

It's not as rugged of construction as my Swiss brand. It's smaller than I had expected of a "medium" sized pack. The size was quantified in liters, so that's on me.

I mainly use this bag for school and I must say, its a pretty good bag. It's much bigger than you'd think when you first see it, the organization is great. The only problem I have with it is the zipper covers, every once and a while the zipper would get caught in them and its a bit of a hassle to get it undone, but I cant really think of much else wrong with it.
