I wish I could leave a better review especially that I really like JanSport brand. This was the first time I ordered online instead of buying in a local store and unfortunately the package did not come so my experience is 1 star only. According to the tracking email it has been delivered which I am affraid is not true. After reporting the issue to Customer Support I was informed that the package was sent back to the warehouse without clear reason and it will be resent again. Unfortunately from 29th of July neither the Customer Support nor the shipping company has responded to my estimated delivery questions. I will appreciate refund if possible. Thank you.

Arrived quickly and the bag is in perfect condition. Love the pattern and the suede bottom great since it's usually the bottom of a backpack that gets scuffed.
