I love Jansport. The quality, size and compartments are just perfect. Seamless ordering and delivery process too.

Bag was ordered and didnt turn up when it should have. After chasing o was told it was only just dispatched. Waited longer then chased again to say it was lost or misplaced and did I want a replacement or refund. Asked for a replacement but then told it was out of stock. Asked when it would be back in stock and no ETA given so needed to get a refund. Was supposed to be for hand luggage for a flight but not delivered in time

Zip is so smooth, the bag is lightweight and roomy which was really important at it is for my daughter starting high school and she's petite!
It's always a gamble buying off line but this was a bag my daughter liked the look of. It's go loads of room but doesn't look any bigger than a regular rucksack which is great.
She hasn't had to bring any books to or from school yet but I've no reason to doubt it's robustness. Plenty of room for lunchbox, drink, waterproof and her PE kit. Very pleased. I'll be convincing my other daughter to get similar next time she needs one.

Ordered 2 bags for my daughters, heard nothing for 2 weeks, I had to contact customer service only to be told they were out of stock. Why bother placing an order? It won't turn up and you won't be informed. Poor

I got the colour russet red for school and it is great. It’s big and store a lot of books without looking full and is a great colour . Also the shipping was really quick. I recommend to anyone looking for a durable, simple and spacious bag.
