We received the bag for my daughter to use for school and discovered 2 cuts in the material, that looked like it has been cut with a knife. This has also gone through the thread as well. In addition there is a zip cord missing. I have emailed Jan Sport with photos and also phoned them twice, reaching the answer machine both times and am still awaiting a response. Please can you send me a new bag as soon as possible.

I bought main campus backpack for my man attending 1st year secondary school. I think it is high quality, really sturdy, well balanced with pockets, side mesh pocket for bottle, really happy with purchase. It sits on the back nicely, and I think looks better than big student bag what I bought for older son a few years ago (same, very good, looks like new even after 3 years of everyday using with heavy books, no less than 5 kg), worth to buy I guess any product from JanSport With 30 years warranty

It is the perfect size delivery was as said and the bag os excellent quality and very sturdy. Very happy soth my purchase!!

Bag is good but delivery took almost 2 weeks. No response from customer service when emailed seeking clarification on delivery. Won't order direct from website again.

J'utilise Jansport depuis 1987. C'est le concurrent de Eastpak pour moins chers.
Dans mon métier dans le domaine du sport, j'ai besoin d'un sac à dos pour transporter du matériel sportif. Ce sac a 2 comportements qui permettent de séparer mes affaires. Un peu petit mais raisonnable. Je l'ai choisi pour les sangles qui sécurisent les fermetures éclaires à cause d'un vol avec mon précédent sac. Ces sangles permettent d'accrocher des sacs supplémentaires si nécessaire. Une seule poche à gourde. 2 auraient été mieux. J'aurai préféré le sac à 36l mais il n'avait pas ces sangles.
