Right Pack

I was surprised that I had to pay, a lot, to return this bag, and that two weeks later repayment has not been made and my emails have not been replied to.

I like the bag how it looks etc but I wish there are more color options as well as some more padding to protect laptops etc.

I bought the right backpack from a shop here. If I do not get the money due (both cost of backpack and tax) I will initiate a social media campaign to warn others who are considering purchasing goods from you.

The main body of the backpack is excellent, great size, hard wearing, and exactly what we were looking for. One month later and the thin, floppy suede bottom has a hole. It has not had heavy use or been kicked around, just regular school books and folder and one very careful owner. Even without a hole this thin base wouldn't keep books from getting wet. Thought spending more on a bag would mean quality but sadly, no.

Perfect for all my work stuff

Purchased a black Right Pack and it's great quality but unfortunately the inside lining is white and really cheap looking. This has really irritated me and I expected the lining to match the colour of the backpack. I have seen other versions of the Right Pack with a black or grey inner lining and the key clip also matches the main colour of the bag, which just looks so much better and keeps the entire backpack looking clean. Additionally, the UK really needs to receive more colour options such as the Brown Patina and a greater range of autumnal colours like forest green... so on. The colour options available aren't great.

The product arrived 14 days late, The customer service response was limited to resending the order and mentioning tracking, no apology or offer a gift for the inconvenience caused. The quality of the product is as usual, the design unbeatable, but the experience left me quite disappointed.

Been a Jansport. user for decades. I love buying them as gifts to my family, friends and loveones.
