Shipment took much longer than promised. Poor communication.

The bag is perfect, big nice thick material.
The deliver took about 27 years, ok that's an exaggeration was supposed to be 2 to 4 business days took over 2 weeks.
I wouldnt mind if it said 2 weeks, I'd still have bought the bag but took a bit longer than expected. The bag is savage though.

Absolutely love the bag - really hardwearing, fab colour, great size!
But the delivery was very slow - meant to be 2-4 working days, but took well over a week to get here.

Great sturdy bag without being very heavy. Lots of pockets. It’s like a Tardis. The blue dusk colour seems to be very popular this year. The previous one of these that I bought lasted 3 years.

Good quality product but disappointed with the delivery time. It took 9 days instead of 2 -4 working days which meant the kids didn't have their bags in time for the start of school.

The bag is great, it arrived promptly & the packaging is recyclable. It's very strong and well made. It's very spacious & has a different pockets which my daughter loves. This bag will last her for years, it's well worth it.

In all honesty I got this bag because I liked the look of it I really didn't realise how big it was but I love it!! It's spacious, there's nothing that you can't fit into it. Would definitely purchase again great product.

My daughter loves her new bags and its multi storage pockets. Online purchase and delivery was very efficient.
