Poor quality & company not UK based as they say they are

I bought this bag for 15 year old for school. Jansport brand appeared to be highly rated but this bag was small, flimsy with poor shoulder strap padding & very little laptop padding protection too. The company purports to be in Bristol UK but the bag came from the Netherlands. I have had to pay nearly £14 to return this shoddy item. DO NOT ORDER from them.

Not up to the hype

Bought this for 15 year old to use as laptop backpack after seeing reviews that this brand was the best. Unfortunately it fails to live up to the hype. Thin straps with little padding. Inadequate back padding. Inadequate laptop protective padding. Says 26L but more like 20L. Water bottle holder not elasticated nor deep enough to hold a bottle safely. And it doesn't come from a UK based company-but from Netherlands meaning that it costs a fortune to return if.

Amazing

Very good backpack, holds everything I need and very supportive for heavier items. You can fit a lot in the friend pocket but also the main pocket. 100% recommend
