I've always bought Jansport backpacks with no issues. The school year is only halfway through for my middle schooler, and I'm already throwing this away & having to buy another backpack. Definitely not the same quality as in the past.

I love my New backpack

I bought this in black for my son who started 9th grade this year. It is great looking and he is very happy with it. It fits everything he needs: laptop, lunch box, binders, and water bottle. I was not thrilled with the all white interior, but he had no problem with it. I am concerned that it will look dirty eventually. We solved this by getting him a nice pencil case and making sure there are no loose pens and pencils placed in the bag so it doesn't get dirty.

This used to be a great back pack. We have ordered several of these exact ones for a while now for each of my kids. I don't know why they have changed the lining color to white. It makes it look cheap and dirty extremely fast, and this isn't a cheap bag. I wish it could be a little bigger, a few more design options, and have the black or grey lining again.

My daughter uses the book-bag for middle school and loves it. It's stylish and looks very durable. Has plenty of space and great organizing compartments.

I bought this bag for my Freshman, hoping it will last his high school year. The bag is roomy, has 3 big compartments to store all his valuables including his chromebook! However, the internal lining needed to be of dark color and not white as it might get dirty. Oh well! We will live with it. Otherwise, the bag is excellent, roomy, sturdy, many many compartments & leather bottom which we preferred.

The liner is WHITE! The liner in the product pictured shows it is BLACK, which is why I bought this particular backpack. Very disappointed
