Je n'ai toujours pas reçu mon colis pour la France. Ma commande date du 26 juillet 2024.

L'entreprise me donne un lien sur DPD alors que c'est CHRONOPOST qui fait l'envoi.
Je n'ai aucun mail de DPD ou CHRONOPOST pour une demande de livraison.
Sur le lien de DPD je vois que mon colis est en attente de livraison depuis le 30 juillet. J'attends sans jamais recevoir mon colis.
Le 7/08/2024, en fouillant sur le site de DPD, je vois que pour tout colis pris en charge par DPD international, le transporteur français sera CHRONOPOST. Je me rends sur le site de CHRONOPOST avec mon numéro de colis. Le site m'indique être en attente d'informations de livraison. Informations que j'ai donné lors de mon achat sur votre site. De plus, je n'ai jamais reçu de mail. SMS ou autre de DPD ou CHRONOPOST pour un problème de livraison.

Le 7/08/2024 à 17h25, je donne les informations de livraison afin de recevoir un colis aujourd'**** (8/08/2024). J'ai une confirmation du transporteur pour la bonne réception de mes informations.
Le 8/08/2024, toujours pas de colis, pas de mail, pas d'information. Je me rends sur le site de CHRONOPOST et je vois que l'expéditeur à demander le retour du colis hier à 18h45.
POURQUOI ????

Mon achat date du 26 juillet 2024 et je n'ai rien.
J'attends un retour de l'entreprise jansport.

Let me start by sharing that we are fans of Jansport backpacks in general. We have 4 of them that we've had for years. Unfortunately, the rolling backpack is not durable. Jansport needs to redesign and add thicker layers to the lower part of the backpack. We've had to replace twice in 3 months.

Rubbed a hole in the back first day of use on stairs at school. Product may, or may not be useful in location without stairs, curbs, bumps, or the like. Maybe in a glass display.

Got this as a replacement because they couldn't fix my old one. Don't like the white lining on inside. It's smaller than my old one. Don't understand why they couldn't just put new wheels on my old one.

My son and daughter both have the backpack. They work great and we are on year two of them. However the mesh water bottle holder should be on both sides and the pocket should be an inch deeper. If it came up higher the water bottle wouldn't tip out.

I use this for my classes. It's an absolute lifesaver on my back

I've been having a lot of back issues that get worse when I use my regular backpack that just has straps and doesn't roll. This makes it SO much easier to go from place to place while still carrying my stuff with me. I can walk to class quicker and while using less energy than with my other backpack. Also, there are straps that you can clip onto the bottom of the backpack if you want to use them sometimes, like when walking up/down the stairs. The light blue color is really pretty, and it's really high quality.

I have used this bag for 3 months and the inside is already falling apart! I thought I could use this bag for the rest of my middle school years. I am going to buy a new one that has better quality and better reviews! Also the wheels make a weird sound when I roll it!

This was purchased at the request of my tween granddaughter for her upcoming birthday, so I personally do not have much to evaluate beyond the quickness in receiving it after my online order. More than I wanted to spend but I am relying heavily on the name brand for durability.

Redesigned interior compartments are not as useable as before. Quality on the white interior and pockets is poor and not as functional as before.
