Like losing an old friend

Very disappointed with the new bag. I bought my first one 25 years ago and loved it. Got another when it wore out and loved it. Really shocked to find how dreadful this new one is. The material is like nasty stiff rough sandpaper. Extremely unpleasant to touch. The colour is equally harsh and unpleasant. Out of the question to use it.
Due to illness didn't get to return it within the time limit. Don't know what to do with it. It's no use to me. I might give it to the refugee youth club in Norwich, for one of their lads to have. Ted

Iam really happy with my product so its a 5 star review overall, however it was a bit irriating it didnt arrive on its expected delivery date, but i understand that there is not alot that can be done about that ( hense why iam rating it as 5 stars)

Super real Plus

Received bag which was great. Unfortunately my daughter had found another bag she liked and decided to keep. I returned this bag 10 days ago and as of yet have had no refund or info.
