Don't buy from these people. They charge $15 for expedited shipping, then don't deliver the item! I ordered 10 days ago and paid the extra for shipping. Item still hasn't even left the facility….

I use for travel to and from work. Front holds a fresh mug, interior holds breakfast in an insulated bag and room for hoodie, etc. Very light, comfortable straps, no trouble with zips, made with recycled materials! Room for a laptop (sleeve pocket), front pocket arranged very nicely to hold items like lip balm, sunglasses etc. Appreciate the bottle pocket. Really love more than I thought I would.
