Replacement of 2 bags

Well I was disappointed because I bought 2 jan sport bags when my lads started secondary school and I'm after buying 2 more this year as both zips broke. My Boys are in 3rd year and TY this year so 4 and 3 years I thought these bags had lifetime guarantee

Brilliant backpack!

We were searching for the perfect backpack, stylish enough for a tween but also big enough to take all the high school kit and be comfortable / manageable for the school day and long walk home. Jan Sport delivered on all requirements! Would buy again. Only downside is order fulfilment from EUR so took a bit longer than other retailers to deliver in UK

Shocking Delivery and Customer Service

STILL WAITING 3 WEEKS LATER FOR MY DELIVERY
If I could give zero stars I would - AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS
I ordered on 13th August and as at 2nd September I am yet to receive the bag despite the website saying delivery was 2-4 days. My daughter has started school without her new bag and is extremely disappointed. Contacted customer service on 26th August and haven't had a reply yet despite the auto email saying they would reply in 24-48 hours (it has now been 7 days and no reply)
