Great bag for secondary school,lots of compartments

Poor quality that doesn’t last. Misleading lifetime warranty.

Jansport used to be a good quality product but my most recent big student backpack has frayed completely internally in the mainly used section and the base is threadbare after only a few years of minimal use. The so-called lifetime warranty does not cover this so I would recommend an alternative better quality brand which will most likely also be a lot cheaper.

I purchased last year this backpack and I really don't like new White internal, in addition i don't understand why Jansport took off the extendable pocket under the brand name. It gave more perspective tò the big student

My purchase was for my daughter who has a baby! She kept borrowing my one an original and quite old. Her one has the same amount of pockets plus a space for a laptop! Baby things her things it is the perfect carrier! She loves it and better still I have mine back!

Jansport always worth the money

Quality material, zipppers and over all bag. It’s travelled 12 countries with me in the last year, holds enough for 4/5 day break and laptop. Great size compartments, have bought two more now for kids.

i use it for everything; school, sports and over night stays. I stuff it full and it holds up to everything even when mom washes it.

Ripped after 5 months of use

The product ripped on the upper compartment after 5 months of use for my 7th grader. I've had a Jansport for about 25 years (same backpack), but the quality of the product has gone down a bit.

Disappointed JanSport lifer

I bought this bag for my 6th grade daughter. She carries a Chromebook and ONE binder daily to school. The liner between two pockets completely tore - we didn't even get a semester out of this bag.
