Fabulous bag and customer service from JanSport.

Ordered a big student back pack for my daughter. Contacted customer service as was concerned that delivery was taking longer than expected. The reply was quick and reassuring. Item arrived within a day of contacting them. Backpack is beautiful and hopefully will last as long as my daughters's previous JanSport back pack.( 15 +years). Well done to all concerned.10/10.

big and sturdy
