Shocking!

Bought the bag, didn’t arrive, 20 days later i contact them to check on the delivery status to find out it has been lost and they can’t replace it. I feel certain that if I hadn’t had chased they would haven’t have bothered to let me know and kept the money. Poor service and won’t be buying from this company again.
